Required Documents for Shipping Boats from the UAE to Saudi Arabia

  • A commercial purchase invoice in Arabic, attested by the Chambers of Commerce in the UAE.

  • Certificate of Origin (attested by the Chambers of Commerce in the UAE).

  • A copy of the receiver’s passport and a copy of the Saudi ID.

  • A deregistration certificate issued by the Coast Guard of the United Arab Emirates.

  • An electronic authorization through the Najiz Application for the customs clearance office at the Saudi border
    (https://najiz.moj.gov.sa/Home/More/1)
    or through a Notary Public in the United Arab Emirates.


Important Note:
Please make sure to confirm with the shipping company or the customs clearance agent the conditions for boat entry in terms of:

  • Country of origin

  • Year of manufacture

  • Compliance with Saudi specifications, especially regarding the engine.
