To Whom It May Concern Certificate (First Owner) issued by the traffic authority where the vehicle is registered, attested by:
UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Egyptian Embassy
Vehicle Export Certificate outside the country (preferably with blue export plates),
with adding the shipping company name in the export certificate as follows:“Sharq Al Delta Land Shipping Services”
Federal Traffic Code: 4120044062 (All Emirates except Dubai)
Dubai Traffic Code: 50259689
Procedures to Obtain the Export Certificate
Vehicle export inspection (inspection validity: 30 days only).
Removal of vehicle plates and submission to the traffic authority (at the counter).
Export insurance for the vehicle:
Federal traffic (Abu Dhabi – Sharjah – Ajman): 04 days
Dubai: 07 days
Exit Port:
Al Ghuwaifat Land Port
Or Jebel Ali Port in case of sea shipping
Preferably provide a vehicle purchase invoice (not attested).
Preferably keep any original ownership documents of the vehicle.
Original passport at the time of purchasing the vehicle, or a certified true copy from the Egyptian Embassy.
In case the passport used at the time of purchasing the vehicle is lost:
The owner or authorized person must obtain a Movement Certificate from Egypt (Tahrir Complex).
Issuing a customs clearance power of attorney in favor of the customs broker.
⚠️ Important Note
The only documents to be handed over at shipment are:
Export Certificate
Copy of the UAE ID of the vehicle owner
All other mentioned documents shall be kept by the customer to be submitted to:
Egyptian Customs
Or their authorized representative
